Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! At Embleo you can order as little as 1 piece.
What are payment terms?
Embleo charges your card on file at the time that the order is shipped. Prior to producing your order we will send you a proof and all pricing information except shipping costs. At the time of shipment you will be charged approved costs plus shipping.
How long does it take?
Speed is one of our highest priorities which is why our turnaround time averages just 5 business days. Have a very large project or need it faster? Give us a call and let's make it happen.
What if garments are damaged during production?
Spoilage is a normal part of the embroidery process and to be expected. Our assumed spoilage rate is 2%. We recommend sending us at least 1 extra piece per style if you need exact quantities. If damaged is caused by our mistake we will replace the garment at no cost to you.
Is there special pricing for large orders?
We will work with you on pricing for large orders of over 500 pieces. Please reach out to us for a estimate on larger orders.
